The Troy edition of Color the Festival was developed in partnership with the Troy Chamber of Commerce as a fresh, family-friendly offering for their beloved annual event. The book included hand-drawn illustrations inspired by downtown storefronts, strawberry-themed activities, and even a few Easter eggs for longtime attendees, like a tribute to many past festival logos and iconic moments.
The project was designed, printed, and distributed locally. A portion of every sale was donated to the Troy-Miami County Public Library, turning a fun souvenir into a small but meaningful community fundraiser. The coloring books received overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, kids, and vendors alike.

1. Share Your Story
Timeline: 3–5 days
We start with a short discovery meeting where I’ll learn about what makes your festival unique. This is where the magic begins: we’ll brainstorm what to include, how many pages you want, and any extras you’d like (such as puzzles or sponsor features).
The more you share, the more personalized the book becomes.
2. I Design the Book
Timeline: ~2 weeks for 20 pages
Once we’ve agreed on the creative direction, I’ll get to work hand-illustrating your custom pages. You’ll receive sketch previews partway through and final artwork to review once complete. If revisions are needed, allow an additional 5–7 days for edits depending on complexity.
Books can be fully illustrated or include bonus activities like mazes, word searches, or scavenger hunts.
3. Print & Ship
Timeline: 3–4 weeks
For local festivals, I’ll take care of everything — from printing to quality checks to delivery. It’s all included in the per-book price, with no extra hassle on your end.
For festivals outside my region, I offer two options:
Printed & Shipped: I’ll print your books and ship them directly to you.
Print-Ready Files: I can provide formatted files if you'd prefer to print locally or manage distribution yourself.
We’ll work together to find the best fit for your timeline, location, and budget — without compromising quality or your vision.
4. Share the Joy!
Timeline: Your event date
Once books are in hand, you decide how to share them:
