I’m Brianna Booker, author of children’s books, poetry, and creative projects that all share a common thread: the hard things are worth doing, and the messy feelings are worth feeling.

My journey as a writer is stitched together from different threads:

  • The silly ones — like a brave little pickle who just won't give up.

  • The painful ones — like living with endometriosis and learning to write my own story anyway.

  • The tender ones — like the quiet afternoons spent drawing frogs, pickles, and little scraps of joy.

Through every project, I try to create work that feels honest, imaginative, and a little weird.
